Vaccination
Powerful Healing Arts requires that ALL clients receive vaccination/booster for COVID-19. We retain the right to ask for proof of vaccination at any time. Due to the contagious nature of the virus, the high-risk populations that we serve, and the medical setting of our office, you can be denied services if you are unvaccinated.
All staff of Powerful Healing Arts are up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccinations/boosters.
Masks
Powerful Healing Arts requires that ALL clients wear a face mask upon entry to the building, during the duration of their massage, and upon exit of the building. Again, due to the contagious nature of the virus, the high-risk populations that we serve, and the medical setting of our office, you can be denied services if you refuse to wear a mask.
Further, we ask that only clients of Powerful Healing Arts arrive to the appointment and that no other persons remain in the waiting room, in order to reduce the spread of Covid-19. This does not apply to minor children, Developmental Disabilities, or elderly individuals that may require extra care or supervision.
Release
Powerful Healing Arts requires that ALL clients sign a COVID-19 waiver and release form online/in-person. You can be denied services if you refuse to sign this waiver/release form.
Powerful Healing Arts maintains medical-level sanitation of surfaces within the treatment room. Fresh sheets are provided for every client, surfaces are disinfected, and adequate time between clients is provided. Hand sanitizer is available for your use at the front desk as well as within the treatment room.
