Holistic Integration

Holistic wellness is as unique as each person that comes to us. Holistic Integration means bringing together all of the the pieces of ourselves to create the best version of ourselves. This can mean working on our mental or physical health, spiritual health, or anything else that you think of when you consider holistic wellbeing.

Each of these modalities serve as tools
to help your conscious thought  connect with your body.

Mind-Body Integration.

Somatic Therapy

The practice is based on the notion that your body and mind are connected. By providing positive imagery and self-suggestion, visualization can change emotions that you hold which subsequently have a physical effect on the body, thus allowing healing to begin.

At times when visualizing what we want, past trauma may appear in order to be healed. Through developing awareness of the mind-body connection and using specific interventions, somatic therapy helps you to release stuck emotions and trauma that remain in your body from these past negative experiences. Pain often dissipates or completely disappears from certain pain points in the body allowing for increased range of motion and a regained sense of freedom.

We are constantly surrounded by and interacting with energy. Energy must be able to flow freely, without blockages in the body - Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel universal energy into the patient by means of touch to activate natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

Reiki yields cumulative results— progressively deeper experiences with continued sessions. The experience is one of deep integration and revival of the soul.

Distance Reiki and Intuitive Energy Healing can be provided via phone/web. Please contact me if this interests you.

Crystal Healing

For thousands of years, ancient civilizations have utilized the power of crystals to release mental, physical, and spiritual blockages, thus facilitating the free flow of energy throughout the body.

Crystal and gemstone healing uses the body's inherent vibrational energy to nourish and treat the whole person and their integrated energy system by moving, focusing, absorbing, and directing energy based upon each gemstone's therapeutic properties.

Aromatherapy

Aromatic plant extracts and essential oils are used through inhalation or as a topical application. Inhaling essential oils stimulates the olfactory system, the part of the brain connected to smell, including the nose and the brain. Molecules that enter the nose or mouth pass to the lungs, and from there, to other parts of the body. If applied topically, they are absorbed through the skin, thus passing into the circulatory system throughout the body.

Each extract and essential oil property can be used to improve psychological or physical well-being. It can be offered as a complementary therapy or as a form of alternative medicine.
